Determining the relationship between jehadi management and strategic innovation through perceived organizational support in employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Fars

Abstract
In today's competitive world, organizations that can continuously adapt to environmental changes around them have a chance of survival and survival. Environmental changes have forced organizations to continuously seek the best solutions and procedures in order to adapt to their environment and thus achieve competitive advantage. Therefore, one of the ways to gain sustainable competitive advantage is to emphasize strategic innovation in the organization by paying attention to jihadi management and perceived organizational support in order to achieve organizational goals with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between jihadi management and strategic innovation through perceived organizational support in the employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Fars. This research was applied and descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was all employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of the province, 114 people, of which 94 people cooperated with the researcher using the total sampling method. A questionnaire of personal characteristics and three questionnaires of Jihadi management by Shariatmadari (1394), Strategic innovation by Jafari (1392) and Perceived organizational support by Eisenberg et al. (1990) were used to collect data. Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data and statistical methods of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression in SPSS software and structural equations in PLS software were used to analyze the data
